Enter CrossFit Moncton’s Intro2Nutrition. It’s a 4 week program that will give you a glimpse into the habit-based program that CrossFit Moncton has been using for close to a year.

    Today was a tough one mostly because I was still feeling drained and achey from our Rucking adventure, but i needed to keep moving! For the pistols I did Bulgarian something 😂 and the burpees(I survived)
