Best of luck to our CFM Ruckers tonight. They’ll be out and about for 12 hours doing lots of crazy things.

Run 1km, then break up the remaining reps any way you’d like:
100 Push Press (45/35#)
100 Situps
100 Overhead KB Lunges (50/35#)

    100 Overhead KB Lunges #15 (completed 60)

    Total reps -207 at time cap.

    Fun warmup today too.

    100 Push Press (35#)
    100 Situps
    100 Overhead KB Lunges (20#)
    Score: 273 reps, did sets of 10.
    Last time I did 70s instead of 100.
    I finished at 23:30. Today I finished the 70s at 21:30. And then finished the 80s and got 3 reps in to the 90s at the cap.
    Lsst time used 15# bar and 10# KB.
