    Last set felt rough, so I think I went with appropriate weights lol

    Weighted pull-ups
    Did ring rows, stepped in farther than ever before and felt tough but good. Tried on a 12″ box, got 2 good ones. I think I’ve been sandbagging my ring rows as warmup/accessory work…

    Started at 25# but had the drop the weight, it was pulling really weird through my right shoulder/pec
