Odd – 5 Cleans (185/135# or 75%)

    HSPU with ab mat and 10# plate – do them with just the ab mat next time
    Cleans started at 70#, had to drop to 60# after failing a couple

    Wod started at 70# went down to 60 on min 15. hand release pushups.

    This one is an arm beatdown for sure.

    Dropped to 55# at minute 9?
    Pushups were horrible today and I didn’t get 10 in several rounds…
    At least I showed up and I was still a sweaty mess on the floor at the end.

    Clean practice at 55#. Worked on getting elbows up fast!

    10 Front Squats
    10 Jerks
    10 Cleans
    10 Back Squats
