    Rope Climb Progressions
    Today tried the ‘J’ type clamp by doing a knees to elbows then clamp .
    Got a few half done ones and my last was 2 clamp to reach the top. So it is faster and an arm and grip saver.
    Tried an L-sit all arm one also.

    Not sure how any rounds
    5 -10 wallballs @10′ (10#)
    5 good push ups
    5 Kipping knee raises
    5 OH Lunges 25# plate

    10 sets of 10 Thrusters 35#
    Last couple sets I had to rest with the bar above me a couple times, but I did them!
    Next time 45#
