      I found it tough to find the right pacing on this one. If I went too fast on the lifts my doubles suffered if I did my DUs unbroken then I was too gassed for my lifts. Purposely break up the DUs next time?

    Did this at home. Was worried about the weight for my squats as I would never grab a 45lbs bar but that’s the lightest we have at home. I knew it would slow me down some but I surprisingly got through all 10 rounds. Yay!!!
