    I’m really sad to report that today is the last day that I’m wearing my favourite multicoloured cartoon deadlifting leggings to the gym. After two years of constant wear, they have several holes in the butt and it’s finally time to admit defeat😩
    They were my absolute favourite pair and will be sorely missed😭
    Also, I love deadlifts too, Shane!!🙂🙂

    Thrusters were unbroken and then 6/3 after from round 6 on.
    Double Unders were very inconsistent.

    Breaks got a little too long because breathing, but happy the thrusters didn’t seem impossible.

    First workout in 3 weeks. Nice to finally feel well enough to get one in. Went a little on the lighter side as my lungs are still recovering. Deadlifts could of been a bit heavier. Here’s to feeling better and getting back at it.

    Compare to last year of 68 reps. Keeping a continuous count this year instead of recording reps at the end of each round was a definite contributor to the the PR. Either way though, I’ll take it !
