    OK, so I have a mild dislike of this WOD…I don’t know if I was consciously avoiding it or just conveniently didn’t make it in … since 2013.

    But I need to work on Thrusters and we’ll… here we are!

    20 Front squats

    For every minute on the minute you have to perform 4 burpees. Starts with 4 burpees.
    Time: 12:56. Had trouble with overhead squats today. Took the 10#s off my bar after only getting 2 reps in 2 rounds and finished with 15# bar.
    Did this with the option of 3 burpees in October. Time:11:00
