Judging Course

Some people have been asking about taking the CrossFit Judges Course. It’s $10, and you’re more than welcome to take it. BUT, we will be hosting a session for all potential judges on Feb.19th at 3pm. We will take the course as a group, and you’ll be all set to judge the awesome athletes at CFM. The best part – it’s free! I’ll send out a reminder closer to the date.

      1. Great job Mark! I had a rest day yesterday… my old bag of bones was feeling tired. I will row tomorrow at 5, at open gym after class on Friday, and on both weekend days. Hopefully we are still up there close to the other teams! Anyone on Team 5 who wants to row with me during these times… c’mon down!!!

          I am allowed to row now after my last physio appointment Jackie, I could chip in if no one notices. Ha ha. I know what you mean about the old bag of bones I have only been surviving lately due to my hot tub.
