      We used 40# and finished at 16:59
      I am glad I went light today. My back is definitely sore… πŸ™ I think my massage yesterday tired my back and today didn’t help make it feel better.

    Jumping Pullups
    Push-ups from toes
    Time : 18:24
    Slower than last year’s time of 15:54 but 5# more and higher box jumps. Last year push-ups were from knees.

    Pre-wod box jump practice: worked up to 20.75″ on stacked plates.

    I warmed up with a 1000m row to work on my form and pacing, then tackled

    I see I need to work on my OHS but I was happy to have done them, I felt I had a good form!

    I managed to get Robert out of bed this morning for today’s wod..
    We settled on 45# bar, and we split most of the movements evenly except I did the double unders! Our time was 17:00
    I liked this one!

    In OG did the beat down wod with Melanie and Jeff. I was staying for the class so did the IB weights.

    With an 11 min cap

    30 KB snatch (15 each arm) 35#
    30 sit-ups
    30 OHS 65#
    30 SDHP 65#
    30 S2OH 65#

    Then in class

    Med ball partner warmup with Mike M
    Then the WOD as Rx in 15:34

    We were killing it, right up the DU. Not Mike or my greatest movement. Lots of single reps, but we got er done. Thanks Mike!!!

    x1 @156 – muscled it twice while jumping with bar around my knees
