Registration for our 2017 edition of Couch to CrossFit is now LIVE! It will begin on January 16, and run for 4 weeks. If you have friends that were scared to join, this is THE program for them. REGISTER HERE. At $39, this is a deal they won’t want to miss. Space is limited.

    Legged mostly tucked under. started with 10 sec hold, 10 sec rest, then on to 10 sec, 20 sec rest.
