Do you have your Christmas shopping done?

Deck the Halls of Death. This is a fan favourite!

Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Situps
Clubs = Pullups
Spades = Squats
Jokers = 400m Run/500m Row

Start by drawing the top card and do that many reps of the suit. For example, if you draw the 9 of Hearts, you’re doing 9 burpees. Face cards are all worth 10. Aces are 1. The goal is to get through the whole deck as fast as you can. There is a 25 min time cap.

    Kevin told me that was a good deck to pick…It had 2 jokers in a row!! HAHA, (Not sure he knew that!) but was brutal!

    First time doing this workout! almost made it, 4 cards.

    I was so excited to do this one and I was determined to finish it!!
    I have to be honest, i had one squat left and Kevin let me have it, so ‘technically’ I didnt finish it.. I was excited, but next time!! Next time!!

    Was able to complete the deck. We were allowed to finish our last card. I drew my last card at 24 minutes….. it was the other joker. So finished at minute 27
    Lol. I was wondering when that joker would sneak up
