    DUs were the bottle neck today, but it was a fun WOD 🙂

    WOD with 45# ruck (except doubles)
    6 + 100′ Lunges

    I thought this wouldn’t be as hard on the shoulders, but the ruck pounded them on the bear crawls. All but 1 round unbroken.
