8 DB Snatch/arm
15m Inch Worm + pushup
10 Strict Pullups/15 Ring Rows

Lots of new moves in this workout. It’s going to be a lot of fun!

    Had 2 rounds and 8/15 ring row completed at the 20 min time cap. Friggen worms – I wish a bird had picked me up and dropped me off at the other side of the line.

    Del trying to catch me eh. I never beat him. Plus he probably had good form as usual, perfect demeanour, an epic performance and that beard… he is like the ” Jesus” of crossfit. Can’t do no wrong. My mike moody modifications make it so I can finish a workout.

    See you on the battlefield tommorrow. Let’s hope it doesn’t involve OHS, hand stands, muscle ups, pulls up, skipping, jumping , pistols, box jumps into a pistol , pistol jumps onto a box….. etc ( just to name a few weaknesses ) but somehow I’m sure these will get covered off into the WOD

    That was not as bad as I thought. My cardio killed me in my rowing. Pull ups were 1 at a time, but surprisingly no failed reps

    I think if my rowing was faster I would have had a better time, although I was just glad to finish!
    I liked this one!
