    Rx in 54:30

    1st run in 10:30
    20 rounds 5 pull-ups, 5 push-ups, 15 squats, 5 pull-ups
    2nd run in 12:32 ( had to break it up)
    In 15 lb body armour vest

    All pull up sets unbroken
    Squats broken 8/7
    Last 2 rounds had to break up both sets of push ups 3/2

    Great pace and worked the plan. Felt great at the end. Slight hand tear but other than that it was fine.
