Power Clean – 15 min to work up to a heavy triple

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

  1. Did today’s WOD with Ang as partners RX. Changed it to be 5mins of work, 1min break, 3 rounds. Each person does one round then switch for the 5 mins. Thanks for helping mod this for partners Blake, and being a bully. πŸ™‚

    Round 1: 8+ 2 squats
    Round 2: 8 + 1 PC
    Round 3: 8

    Time change messed up my morning routine since someone was awake and motivated to winterize. So my little workout today was taking ladder off and on the roof rack on the truck, holding ladders, tire carries to the back shed and taking car batteries to the basement.

    Cashout was taking my pittie to the timmies drivethrough πŸ˜‰

    280 reps push-ups were the killer
