    (I scalled HSPU for Pike PU’s 30in box from knees. I never got to do any Pullups as Gilles did all ring rows. Thanks man)

    Partnered with Paul for the WOD. Big thanks to him and my apologies as well. He carried my ass, and I had WOD brain at the end because I got the rep scheme as messed up and left him with a bunch of extra reps. Sorry about that Partner.

    Movements as follows, but I can’t begin to remember how many of each we did:
    90Wall Balls – both at 14#….attempted set of 5 each, but I’m pretty sure Paul did a few extra
    70 Burpees – Paul did 10, then me 5, then 1 for 1 after that
    50 Knees to Elbow: Paul did knee raises, I did toes to bar. I KNOW he did more reps than me
    30 HSPU: Paul did HR push ups, I did HSPU with ab mat. Paul did 10, I did 7, & Paul finished with 13….my bad on that. I thought we were only doing 20 & left him with a bunch at the end.
    20 Ring Rows: We didn’t make it to these 🙁

    Most of the rowing was split in calories of 20 or 15…again, my partner took on the larger share, and then I stopped in the final minute at 10 calories cause I thought we were done at 10….whaaah whaah whaaah!

    At time cap we were in the last row at 26 calories (I think, but I’m not really sure)

    Suffice it to say, this one was a shit show for me. Maybe next time, but I don’t want to see this one again for while.

    50 Toes-to-bar (knee raises because my ribs were starting to bother me)
    40 Calories Rowing
    30 Handstand Push-ups (I did the kick ups, Karen did the pushups – she definitely had the harder part 😉 )
    20 Calories Rowing
    10 Ring Muscle ups (pullups x 2 but ran out of time)

    Completed 1 pullup at the cap
