    The last time I did this, I was just a couple of months in with CrossFit. My weight for HPC was 20#, and my rep scheme was 55/20/55. I neglected to look at my time, but the progress is good just the same. 🙂

    HPC’s – 40-45# next time. Wasn’t quite sure how to scale this number of reps.
