    *Option – 60 MU progressions – did 29 from knees, rings at collar bone height. Not all were full extension at top (maybe 15)

    Picked up all kinds of tips and tricks (which I need to write down) and finally figured out false grip. Great coaching gentlemen!

    Muscle ups have never been on my list of things to achieve – partly too many other things to work on, mostly not really in the “realm of the possible”.
    After today? Ya just never know!

        Hahaha! I once had “Costco” autocorrect to “cosy cow”. For the like of me I haven’t been able to make that happen a second time!

    60 muscle up progressions in 10 minutes. Completed 51 at the cap.

    I’d like to have some more time on these at some point.
