    The first partner completes the full round (21 Wallballs, 200m Run), and then tags the second partner to do the same. Score is total rounds and reps completed inside the team.

    I did this by myself and rested the amount of time each round that it took me to do it.

    Completed 5 full rounds. (each round was quicker than the previous round)

    43 reps (Oct 27/14 – 39 reps @ 40#. Pretty good PR today!)
