As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Inverted Burpees (3 HR Burpees)
6 HR Pushups
9 C2B Pullups
Rest 1 minute between rounds
Each round, you will start from the beginning. Score will be your total reps. To help you with math, each round is 18 reps. Crush each round and stay up and moving to recover between sets.
