We have a big crew hitting up one or two Spartan Races this weekend. Best of luck to our strong CFM’ers.

    Team WOD Rx = 31:16 (w/ Nick E. Pete & Ronnie)
    – Used teammates to rack/hold barbell for transitions, bar never touched the ground until all reps done.
    – Front squats in sets of 10
    – Push presses & Burpees in sets of 5
