This Saturday, CrossFit Moncton will be hosting a charity WOD for Crossroads for Women. It’s going down at 2pm for 19 teams. It’s not too late to join in the action. Let us know and we’ll get you on the list. If you’re not competing, come on down, wear purple and cheer on the strong ladies of Greater Moncton. #GirlChipper
