    Did a strict pull up on very first rep……then switched to all time rings. My body still hurts from weekend wods
    Time 7 min
    2 minutes of plank ….. Yuck and without my armbands. Sliding all over the place

    I thought about doing a 6 am but if there are sled pushes I’ll stick to my 7 am thanks

    PR of 25#, could not find resaults of last time completed but remember last two times were @ 100#.

    80% would have been 130, should have done this but opted for 80% of old 1RM.

    45-55-60-65…failed on 70….not my morning, as I’ve made this in the past

    WOD with 60# Shoulder Press and strict pull ups
    Time = 10:35
    The 1 pull up each round was good. 3 pull ups each round, harder, but not so bad. 5 pull ups…hmmm, by round 4 these were yucky. Slow & steady though, got me through.
