    Did 16.2 scale @ open gym, had a goal to make it into round 3. Got 2 lifts @ 155 in round 4, 341 reps. Considering I had only clean squated #65 before this week I’m pretty happy.

    Got up to 65# (about 60%) as i needed to work more on technique.

    Yay first wod with a 20″ box. Thought after the Tabata Thursday and 16.2 that the 20″ bix would be impossible. Thanks for all the cheers Dan & Cara. Kept me going harder than I planned to 🙂
