    4 rounds at 13 something. My feet were killing me, couldn’t skip anymore. Was happy with my Kettlebell weight and front squats though!

    QOD: I think 16.1 is going to be something from 2011. 16.2 from 2012, 16.3 from 2013….and so on. maybe with a super tough spin on it or a crazy-ass rep scheme.

    QOD: I agree with Amber – I think it’s going to be a bunch of repeats. CFHQ loves data, so what a great year to do it.
