    I felt so much stronger doing these today!! (Until I realized I had less on the bar than I thought…)

    Wod total: 149 reps

    Scaled the inverted burpess to “Flailing&Falling Down + Handstand” and got 3. IT WAS NOT PRETTY!

    (Yipes!! After some wods it’s impossible to believe that I’ve been at this for 5 years πŸ™‚ )
