12 Days of Christmas

You perform the workout as you would sing the song “The 12 Days of Christmas”: Round 1 is 1 pullup; round 2 is 2 pushups and 1 pullup; round 3 is 3 tuck jumps, 2 pushups and 1 pullup, etc.

Because of the space and size of class, we will run this in 2 groups. There is a 20 min cap.

1 – Pullup in a pear tree
2 – Pushups
3 – Tuck jumps
4 – Dips
5 – Golden squats
6 – Burpees
7 – Lunges
8 – Mountain climbers
9 – Good mornings
10 – Box jumps
11 – Situps
12 – Wall Balls

    Last year I finished in16:10, with ring rows and the 12″ box. Pretty happy with that, except the wall balls – they were not my friend today, started with 3 no-reps and a runaway ball… Lol.

    It’s a Christmas Miracle — I made it to a 6 am class! Fun WOD always enjoy it. Thanks for partnering with me Shawn, and for going first, transitions were pretty quick — only bottleneck was the ring dips. Merry Christmas everyone!

    1. I think I had an advantage doing the ring dips at the pull up bar, pretty sure you would have beat my time if you had. Great work and nice having the opportunity to workout with you.

    Burpees got slow and missed last rep on ring dips a bunch of times. Can’t remember the last time I did a 6am class with my wifiepoo.

  6. 12 days of xmas, my first time doing this one in 6 years! I’m usually gone viaiting family by the 24th!!!

    5 – Golden squats
    6 – Burpees
    7 – Lunges
    8 – Mountain climbers
    9 – Good mornings
    10 – Box jumps (20)

    12 – Wall Balls (14#, 10′)

    Completed 11 rounds and 1 lunge on the last round (11+51 reps)
    That was pleasantly gross. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

    WOD with jumping pull-ups, paralette dips and 8# wall balls

    Got to 3 lunges in the last round. Previous best was 6 wall balls into last round in 2013. PR of 47 reps.

    No PR, but fun nonetheless. Great race Shane. It was a close battle and if you didn’t puke in your mouth, you would have had me.

    LOVED seeing so many people come out today. There were 58 festive CrossFitters that did amazing at today’s workout.
