    Lab – worked on HSP and got three strict from the floor – really happy about this. Then lots of Mob

    WOD with 60lbs and C2B
    Time = 8:35

    Need to get into the open gym and:
    1) work on lifting technique for Power Cleans (this is a big goat for me)
    2) find a new rep max for Power Cleans

    First set of 225, wasn’t happy with. Landing wide,  second set went much better focused on not moving feet and pulling myself under the bar rather than just catching it.
