    I planned to do this one T2B but on my first one my arms were so shot I could barely do it. So, I switched to knee raises.

    Push Press to 110#. Failed 120# which was my old theoretical 1rm, and then failed 115# which I should have been able to get.

    WOD with Push press scaled to 65#, 13:07.
    Happy with that, didn’t think I’d be able to get all the reps in…I’m slow at all of today’s movements πŸ™‚
