    Last year, I did 79 reps and counted anything where my toes touched the rings (my own scale I guess??) Pretty happy about today 😀

    Two giant tears – one on each had which is really helpful 🙁
    Tried some ring inverts and they were not as bad as I imagined (even though they were more “sorta” than actual inverts) so that puts them on the to-be-worked-on-list and off the are-you-freaking-crazy? list.

    Welcome Amanda and Heather to the 7 a.m. Hope to see you guys often. And thanks Heather for the help on the rings clean up!

    Had never done ring inverts so also tried a couple of those between sets, arms were wobbly but I think I would really like those!
