    I fell on box at 6 jumps finished them off as step ups

    This was tough for my 2nd WOD

    Time was 24:24. I started the Wod at 2:30 so I was 26:54 when I finished so I just subtracted the 2:30 from my final time.

    This was a good one. Scaled pretty good tho I think next time I will up my situps and skipping. 🙂 Good one today!! Thanks Mario!

    Front squats took waaaaay too long, I definitely should’ve scaled this today. Need to rebuild an engine.
