      I should add I never had done med ball cleans so I didnt do as many as listed in the perscribed wod, was trying to focus on my form.

    Holy killer on the legs! I haven’t dropped as many F bombs in a long time.

    Also – LOVED the kick-up warmup. It was the closest I’ve come to actually kicking up to the wall! I need to do that more, feels more natural than standing start for me!
