Forgot doing this before but ran into a lot of the same problems haha, my shoes came untied and the big sets of 100 mess with me, first set was brutal but the second set I just broke it into 4 rounds of 25 and that worked really well!

48 seconds slower than last time at the same weight, the skipping killed me this time around. I know I broke my sets up more than I did last time, my legs just felt gassed right from the beginning.
