    Qod: no, I have never jumped off a plane. Sure there is a fear factor, but the real reason I’ve never done it, is simply because I have no interest.

    QOD: I went parachuting twice at the old McEwen’s airport back when I was 19. Never got in the sport to get to skydiving. Nevertheless, parachuting from 3000 feet is quite the rush. The freakiest part was getting out of the plane and hanging onto the bar underneath the wing for a few seconds before letting go.

        with skydiving, you free fall for a period of time before your parachute opens. with parachuting, your parachute opens right after you jump out of the plane

    50 tire flips with Mark & Greg: 4:51. Lots of grunting! I was wrote off for the day after these.

    Accumulated Hollow Hold in 5 minutes = 3:05…these sucked. This hurt all over, including the muscles in the side of my neck.

    4 Rounds of tabata burpees: 7-6-5-5

    Fun Friday morning.

    Never sky dived. Was almost ready to do it 19 years ago and then got pregnant…than had a child to raise….now I’m just too afraid. I like the idea of doing it, but I don’t think I could ever convince myself to actually step out of a perfectly good air plane.
