    Messed up more times then not on the DUs, All floor presses were unbroken except for last round 8+2 arrrrg. May have done an extra set of Lunges mid wod, got distracted and could not remember if I did them or not, so did 10 just in case.

    Well that was rough. DU’s in first two rounds were 2’s and 3’s so that was the roadblock. Got better as the wod went on but still not great. So that’s twice this week the DU have been a problem – guess that puts them back on the list of things to work on.

    55# was the right call for the presses. They got really heavy in the 8th and 9th rounds. I love it when the scale turns out to be the right thing to do!

    Biggest test for the ankle so far. Nice to be getting closer to “normal” (the ankle, not me personally).

    DU gods were with me today, so they went well. Floor Presses were the block for me. Really heavy. First round was 10 unbroken, 2nd was 7/3. Rest were 6/4. Back to backk DU’s + floor press = shoulder burn.

    I’ve only been able to do DU – single in WODs for a while. Today I suddenly did a bunch consecutively! I got 3 rounds of 10 DU in a row! My new years resolution was to get 10 DU and I got them!!! Super excited!
