    On FB yesterday a friend wondered what a “Heather Wod” would look like and I have to say this might have been it. I love deadlifts and everyone can do burpees so what’s not to love? (Other than the gasping, grunting, sweating and swearing). So far it’s been an awesome week – so thanks everyone who had a part in it! Can’t believe I hit the 1000 and so very thankful that Crossfit found me. Pretty sure I’ll last another “6 weeks” at least :).

    And thanks for all the birthday burpees everyone! I admit to feeling a little bit guilty – and just for the record, I didn’t announce my birthday. Kevin had that all figured out and on the board before I even walked in so you can blame him!
