Bench Day

Put on 70% of your best bench. Do 3 reps. Rest. Do 4 reps. Rest. Continue to failure.
If you donโ€™t get to round 15, do the remaining reps as pushups as your cash out. If you get more than 15 rounds, pat yourself on the back (if you can lift your arms after this).

    Made it to 9/14
    Finished the 5 pushups, then did 15 pushups….could barely wash my hair after

    Practice hand stand walking
    Group mobility
    Bench press (may have been to heavy, went with pre shoulder weight)
    Wu set with 135#
    205# got to 6 out of 8
    Which was 31 reps
    Contunued on with Pushups till 16, stopped there did t want to abuse shoulder too much.

    Then, 34 pushups… I did them all from my toes. Definitely broke them up and took my time to do these… ouch my arms! I can’t lift my arms!

    I got to 8 on the 12th round and finished the remainder in push ups! Arms are Jelly lol Thanks for a great class ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cash out of 60 of the worst push ups of my CrossFit life. My shoulders are still shaking….

    Did this @ 60lbs, as per my last bench press in Jan of 85lbs. I knew going in this was going to be light. Got to round 15 + did some max pushups
