D-town Throwdown Recap

With a total of 7 workouts throughout the day, team CrossFit Gladiators cinched a 5th place spot out of 40 teams. I’m very proud of all the team members – Vanessa, Cara and Jason. They all performed like true competitors and had a great time doing it. Thank you to all the CFM peeps that came out to support us.

    Last time I got 6 rounds, but I used an abmat and a 45# kb so happy with my progress!

    Started at 5 reps and increased 1 every 2 minutes

      Ok, so this is a pr for reps. I thought I had done more last time. So pretty happy about that. I don’t know what the bar mu’s versus ring mu’s would make a difference of. Last time was 13 rounds and 4kbs.
      So 9 extra reps today!! Woot Woot!
