This was the very first Hero WOD posted on CrossFit.com in 2005. Jeff was a part of the rescue mission for Murph and the other troops. In honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 2005.

    DNF I was in the 3rd round 1 HSPU when time ran out. I’m happy I gave it a go Rx, just not there yet 🙂

    HSPU felt pretty good. I agree with Coach Shane that it might be time to progress on these by ditching the 10# plate.
    Push ups were really tough.

    Push-ups were very snake like I should have used a box

    Running clinic run 200m 10 times with 1:30 rest between ally runs were between 1 min and 1:10 pretty consistent I think.. My middle 2 were the slowest.
