    WOD scaled to half reps for pullups:

    Realized after 21 pullups that I probably wouldn’t finish if I continued as Rx, so cut the pullup reps in half to get through it. Could barely hold the bar with my ripped hand. All OHS were unbroken.

    Last year I did this with OHS @ 35# and it was my first time ever doing them in a wod, also did banded pullups with green&pink bands…time was 11:08
    Less reps but I’ll take the extra 30# and pullups as a PR 🙂
