    Finished off with some HSPU done Rx (abmat + 45 plates on each side) felt pretty good, did a couple sets of 3 and a couple of 2. Hard to believe I couldn’t do 3 reps in 8 mins for the open and now can do sets of 3! I think I’m about ready to try that wod again.
