    I took my time with this. My legs were wobbly right away and I still have a touch of the box fear so I didn’t want to trip and lost my sh$%. I caught my toe twice but stayed up!
    I’m glad I came in as this one could have easily been avoided 🙂

  10. I didn’t tackle this WOD as I was at the Sussex Flea market buying an iron mermaid. Is that an excuse? Yes, it absolutely is! 😛

    QOD: I honestly don’t think I really have a “favourite” place to eat. I like nachos at the Fox N Hound. Pizza at Norm’s. Fried clams at Bel Air. Noodles at Red Satay Grill. Osaka Hibachi is good too.

    This was by far the worse half hour of my life! So many no reps on wallballs, OH lunges felt horrible. Pure torture! But a fun nooner as usual!

    Tried this wod rx for the first round, but the HSPU were too awkward and brutal so I switched to hrpu after rd 1. Everything was tough with this one…

    100′ OH lunges with 25# plate. (Tough on the arms. especially in 2nd, 34d, & 4th rounds)
    30 Box Jumps – 20″ box: 1st box jump in round 1 almost took me out. I didn’t account for the wobbly lunge legs. These were brutal
    20 Wall Balls – 14″ @ 10′ – Completed in sets of 5. These sucked so bad 🙁 and almost swaped out for a lighter ball, but stuck with it.
    HSPU with 10# plate + ab mat – Best movement of the WOD.

    At 30 min. time cap completed 3 rounds + lunges + box jumps + 2 wall balls.

    What a sweaty mess. I’ve never been so happy to see the time cap run out. That said…. fun one and I still love you Blake 🙂

    Thanks for all the birthday burpees to my 6 a.m. buddies. I could have kept quite & saved you, but a birthday girl has to have a little fun.

    WOD scaled the lunges to 25# and I wasn’t squatting to full depth for the wall balls for my knee

    3 rounds + 50ft

    That was horrible. I figured the lunges & HSPU would have been the easier part of the wod but I had to break up the HSPU way more than usual and the lunges took me by surprise
