    Dropped the bar on the second C+J and caught my shin. Took a minute to decide if it was OK or not and decided to keep going, but was pretty nervous after that. I will be good friends with my ice today, I think!

    The weight was 70% of my jerk max and considering how little sleep I got and how gross the heat felt today, it was probably right. Having said that, next time should be heavier.

    Holy crackamoley!! That was one SWEATY WOD!! Thank you so much Amanda for encouraging me to use 75#. You were totally right! Wow, I really did it!! And I was going to use 65# too, so glad I didn’t πŸ™‚

    I died 10 days of vaca eating and drinking everything in sight didn’t do me any favours. Glad we did this and now to eat super clean for 3 weeks πŸ™‚

    Had to take 5# off right at the start because I was going to try with 40# and couldn’t get it up in the jerks after the first set of singles. Probably would have been able to finish within the time cap if I started with the right weight…
