    1- 36.4
    2- 35.8

    Fastest – 35.2
    Slowest – 44.6

    *Did something to my lower back either a rounded back at the beginning of the row (legs) or over extended at the end of the row (arms). Was going to call it quits after the 6th row but I though I could just take it easy for row 7,8,9,10. In reality I should have stopped after the 4th row when the tweak happened.

    Honestly believe I would have ended up in the low 40’s anyways as cardio endurance was being chewed up pretty quick.

    Fastest –> 39.4
    Slowest – 41.7

    I was super focused on doing it right. Was not easy as I know I could just have powered trough but better to do it right and keep that memory for efficincy in all rowing.

    Great work 6am class!

  3. Wow… took me forever to figure out the acronym in the post title… #COACHFAIL

    Also, did anyone do this before? I remember something very similar on a weekend morning, Trent was there too…

  4. Heather Colleen

    Fastest – 42.7 (6th round)
    Slowest – 45.5 (1st round)
    I didn’t sandbag the first one…it just takes my body awhile to realize what I’m asking it to do.

    That being said, the H of LHAAHL felt better than it ever has.

    Tried to sneak off with 8 rounds…then there was some name calling (thanks Kevin!) and finished my last two, I’m happy I did 🙂
    Rowing sprints are tough..I’d rather row a 5km!

    200m row x10…
    Fastest = 33.9 (first)
    Slowest = 40.6 (9th)

    Wow that was WAY tougher than I thought it would be!!

  10. 10 Rds of 200m row

    1. 37.0
    2. 36.7 – fastest
    3. 38.9
    4. 38.0
    5. 38.8
    6. 38.7
    7. 39.9
    8. 39.8
    9. 40.3 – slowest
    10. 39.4

    Really wanted all the rows to be sub 40 but 9/10 is not that bad.

    I think I was fairly consistent, need to work on better mechanics rather than using hard pulls for final 50-70 meters.

    Thanks for sharing the rower Larry, you had some crazy times!!

    Thanks for the class and the tips tonight Kevin!!
