    wow I did not enjoy that wod 🙂
    I knew that I should have used less than the % for this but I was scared I would regret it after so I went with it and now I wish I hadn’t! ah well, lesson for next time.

        Agreed Heaather. That is the 2nd WOD this week alone that I under estimated. The 1st was Monday’s floor press, front squat, & deadlift treat.

    KB was lighter than I wanted. 45# would have been good, but was gone & I didn’t want to risk my back at anything over that. Push jerks were friggin’ heavy. I should have tried a couple out before 3-2-1 Go! Anyway…made it through with respectable score, so I guess the weight was right. As I stated in an earlier post….I really underestimated this one. Way tougher than I thought….yet still fun that the sick CrossFit kind of way 🙂

    Before the WOD, I took the 45# KB and immediately had buyers remorse after I took a couple of practice swings. So, I brought it back to get the 40#. There weren’t any left, so I trudged back with the 45#.
    Then Kevin came by, picked up my 45# and brought me back 50#.
    I thought he was out of his freaking mind.
    But, it urns out he was absolutely right, because I did it. Thanks Kevin 🙂

  25. Today Paige and I joined different classes..
    Paige joined the 7am class
    She used 50# for the shoulder press
    For the wod she used 30# on the kettlebell, and 55# for the jerks..
    When we talked she felt she should have used the 35# kettlebell, and I convinced her she should have used 65# for the jerks because, hey we both managed it for the Hopper!! She got 8 rounds (woot woot)
    So I had my turn at 4pm..
    Shoulder press I used 55#
    For the wod I used the 40# kettlebell, I promised myself last time I would used the 45# next time.. ~> Next Time! Promise! I used 55# for the jerks.. I know I know.. I realized 10 reps in the hopper versus 4 times however many rounds I get.. I got 10 rounds! Boo-ya!
