500m Row buy-in, then with remaining time:

30 Double Unders
10 Shoulder to Overhead

    1 round + 3 power cleans = 78

    Absolutely incredible day! I didn’t expect to be able to do it rx! Also got a PR of 7 unbroken doubles while warming up 🙂

    Strength: Previous 1rm was 75# today I got it twice 😉

    WOD: Killed me. A lot haha DU’s took everything out of me but I still enjoyed it
    Got 1 round+2 box jump overs.

    1 round + 8 box step overs

    Overall I’m happy with my results…Jumping for singles and stepping down off the box was painful so I made the right decision in scaling due to shin splints.

    Cannot describe how much fun I had today, and to top it all off my mom was able to make it to watch! This was her first taste of crossfit and what we do, she thought the whole thing was incredible!

    I really enjoyed watching today! First time ever seeing an event! Im at the end of my prep class this comming week! Everyone there is such amazing athletes! Great Motivation! I cant wait till I am able to be good enough to be able to participate 🙂

    Don’t remember how I built up to it but finished with 65lb.
    (Previous 1RM was 60lb so…PR 🙂 )

    I am very happy to say that I did this rx’ed 🙂 Thanks Kevin for nudging me toward 65lb as opposed to scaling. I also have the whip marks to prove that I did indeed to the DUs that I almost didn`t do. Thanks all for the cheering and support. Had a great day 🙂

    Me (Rx) 127 reps
    Paige was nervous going in and ended up so proud of herself for managing the Rx, she definitely stepped out of her comfort zone! (Props to Amanda, she was not listening to me!)
    Although I was not concerned with the box jumps or skipping, I was concerned about the weight.. I am glad I stayed Rx (Thanks again Amanda!)
    Thanks to all for your cheering and encouragement! WE BOTH feel so very lucky to belong to such an amazing box, with so so so many caring, and friendly, members and coaches!!

    What a fun day! I could pick apart my results and find things i wish I did better, but overall, I’m happy I did it( and Rx too!). Thanks to everyone who organized, volunteered, and cheered today, and great work to all who competed!

    HSSx2 – 35# was my final lift. Pretty happy with this, had never done it before.

    71 reps. 4 short of completing one round, but my first ever Rx’d WOD!!!!!

    PR on the du’s. They were broken, but still had only ever done 6 broken du’s previously (with a 10min cap!) I still can’t believe I did all of them!
