Doesn’t look too bad. Just 20 reps of each. But I have a feeling the movement before will affect the movement after. Bet those boxes will feel extra high after a set of pistols.

    20 Box Jump Overs (24” These were magical, they are almost half my height! lol)
    20 Weighted Lunge (40# didn’t alternate, can’t put pressure on my right foot)

    Just made it. The shoot throughs were harder than they looked. First time doing those. OH lunges took longer than expected as well. 40# was heavy but glad I did it and didn’t worry about getting a fast time. Oh, and I kinda liked the 24″ box!

    Shoot-throughs were brutal. Took almost 1/2 my time.
    KBS unbroken.
    Pistols went well.
    Box jumps felt high.
    Lunges were all with right arm.

      I know you had some issues today, but you should still post what you used and where you got to. Next time you’ll want to know and you’ll be surprised at how you can kick this WOD’s ass.

    20 Shoot-throughs (Pushups from knees and walked/bounced back. My hands are wimpy on paralettes.)
    20 KBS @ 40#
    20 Pistols using the pole. That sounds sexier than it was.
    20 Box Jump Overs 24″
    20 Weighted Lunge (40# no overhead, and only lunged with left leg.)

    Time: 9:17? 9:12? I’m not sure.

    That was quite the return after 6 days off. I’m never leaving again.

    Shoot throughs took SO long! everything else unbroken…and 1 handed OH lunges are so damn awkward!! those held me back on the weight. Glad I tested out the 50# before the WOD started, otherwise I would have got stuck there unable to lock out my arm. (alternated legs but held weight in right hand for all 20)

    Well that WOD sure did attack all my weaknesses but I had a lot of fun attempting new things….. one day i’ll have them…..

    Thanks for correcting me on my non-vertical shins Kevin…. it’s an ongoing battle.
