    Did my first RX today! Only thing was the Russian Judge gave me a 0 for artistic style points! Wasn’t pretty looked like a flounder fish 🙂

    haha I can’t wait to read the answers to the QOD. I don’t believe one way or another because I’ve never actually SEEN one…but I have an open mind so I think it’s certainly possible. 🙂

      ha, yes it was a fun wod to do with you! I was able to stay with you pretty close until I nearly puked on the 400m run and had to walk it off for a few seconds!

    QOD: I absolutely believe that there is life elsewhere in the universe. Have you ever watched one of those documentaries that shows the scale of the Earth in relation to the rest of the planets and galaxies in the cosmos? Earth is a tiny, insignificant speck of dust in the grand scheme of things. It’s inconceivable to me that we’re alone.

    QOD:
    Given the number stars and galaxies in our known universe, it’s statistically impossible that we are the only sentient race in existence. So yeah why not?
    I once thought I saw a UFO but it turned out to be a frisbee. I kept wondering why it continued to get bigger the closer it got…then it hit me.

    I didn’t get in yesterday to compare the wods from when I started but lucky for me, today’s wod was one that I did just two months after I joined CrossFit in 2010!

    WOD today with 14# ball: 6:48
    WOD in July 2010 with 10# ball: 9:08

    2:20 faster with a heavier ball! This stuff works 🙂

    Fun nooner today with all the delinquents and Steve and Blake. 🙂

    It was a good race with Cara until the last 400 m med ball run, and then she made me eat her dust! I nearly died on that last run
