    Lateral Jumps were the toughest, by far. Cannot seem to gain any momentum.

    So, I’m pretty happy. It’s my first time doing box jumps since last October, even if it was only a 12 inch box. It’s still a big deal to me and you know what? Today I did them all without the usual several seconds of hesitation before EVERY single jump and the psyching myself out that normally accompanies my feet leaving the floor 🙂

    I was so nervous of not being able to finish this WOD. Jumping movements are tough for me and 6/9 of these movements involved some form of jumping. Thank you Mario for pushing me way beyond my comfort zone and believing in me. Thanks to my 4pm peeps who cheered me on. You all rock!

      YES!!! Awesome work BJ! I find jumping movements hard as well. I’m always afraid that I won’t clear the box/or will trip over the box and do a really spectacular face plant instead 😛
